02 Payment Terms
Setup fees are due before development begins. Hosting fees are billed monthly or yearly in advance, depending on the plan selected. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
03 Project Delivery
We will deliver your project within the timeline agreed upon in your quote. Timelines may be extended if additional revisions are requested beyond the scope of the original agreement. We provide up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost.
04 Hosting and Uptime
We strive for 99.9% uptime for all hosted sites. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain availability, we are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including third-party service outages, network issues, or force majeure events.
05 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the content and custom design of your website. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Third-party assets (stock photos, plugins, themes) remain subject to their respective licenses.
06 Cancellation
You may cancel your hosting service at any time. Upon cancellation, we will provide your site files for migration. Refunds for pre-paid hosting are issued on a prorated basis. Setup fees are non-refundable once development has begun.
07 Limitation of Liability
RaizHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
08 Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
