01Services

RaizHost provides web design, development, and hosting services for businesses. The scope, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in the plain-language Service Agreement you sign before work begins. If you have a signed Service Agreement with us, it controls; this page describes how we work in general.

02Payment Terms

You pay $0 up front on every plan. We build your site first, and the one-time build fee is billed only after the site is live on your own domain and you have approved it. If you don't approve it, you owe nothing. Monthly hosting begins at that same point and is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. If a payment fails, we notify you and retry; service may be suspended after a 7-day grace period.

• Professional: $999 build fee, billed on live and approved, then $149/month.
• Signature: starting build fee of $2,500, set by your written scope and billed on live and approved, then $250/month.
• Launch Partner: no separate build fee, then $99/month. See section 03 for how the waived build fee works if you cancel early.

03Launch Partner Program

The Launch Partner Program is a limited offer for 20 businesses in total, released in small groups. It requires an application and a scope review, and it covers a standard business website: up to five standard pages, one primary location or service area, and one standard contact or lead-capture form. Projects outside that scope are quoted as Professional or Signature before any work begins. Submitting an application does not reserve a position and does not create a payment obligation; a position is taken only once a project is accepted, the Service Agreement is signed, and onboarding is complete.

Because the build fee is waived rather than free, the build is spread into the monthly instead. There is no contract lock and no cancellation fee. If you cancel before month 12, you buy the site out: the unpaid share of the $999 build fee, prorated by the number of full months you have paid, calculated as $999 multiplied by (12 minus full months paid) divided by 12. That is about $500 at month 6 and about $83 at month 11, and nothing from month 12 onward. You keep the site either way, and ownership of the custom design passes to you at month 12 or on payment of the buyout, whichever comes first.

The $99 rate holds while your service stays continuously active and within the original plan scope. It is not a permanent price for new customers, and an account that cancels is quoted current published pricing if it returns. When all 20 positions are accepted, the program closes to new customers and existing partners keep their rate while they remain eligible.

04Project Delivery

Sites are typically live in 5 to 7 business days once we have your content, approvals, and account access. You review the finished site before any build fee is billed, and we work through revisions with you during that approval window. Work beyond the agreed scope, such as additional pages, features, or redesigns, is quoted separately in writing before it begins. After launch, content changes are included: text, photos, prices, hours, and contact details, with small fixes usually the same day and other changes within 2 business days.

05Hosting and Uptime

All hosted sites are monitored and maintained continuously, and we make every reasonable effort to keep them available. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including third-party service outages, network issues, or force majeure events.

06Intellectual Property

You own your domain and the content you supply from day one, and if you ever leave we hand your site files over so you can take the site anywhere. Ownership of the custom design and code we create depends on your plan: on Professional and Signature it passes to you on payment of the build fee; on Launch Partner it passes at month 12, or earlier on payment of the buyout described in section 03. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Third-party assets and services, for example stock photos, licensed fonts, and connected services like booking or ordering platforms, remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

07Cancellation

Your hosting subscription renews automatically each month at your plan's price until you cancel. Professional and Signature hosting is month to month after launch with no minimum. Launch Partner has no contract lock either, but because its build fee was waived, cancelling before month 12 triggers the prorated buyout described in section 03; there is no other cancellation fee on any plan. You may cancel at any time: email admin@raizhost.com, call or text (760) 248-8615, or use the billing portal link in your invoice emails. 08Limitation of Liability

RaizHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

09Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
