Acceptable Use Policy

01 What's not allowed

We won't host content that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others. Specifically, sites or content that:

• Violate laws of the United States or California, including consumer-protection, advertising, and data-privacy laws.
• Infringe on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property you don't own or have permission to use.
• Promote hate, harassment, threats, or violence toward any group or individual.
• Distribute malware, run phishing campaigns, or facilitate unauthorized access to other systems.
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) from any RaizHost-managed mailbox or domain.
• Operate adult/escort services, gambling without proper licensing, or multi-level-marketing recruitment funnels.
• Sell regulated goods (firearms, prescription drugs, controlled substances) without verifiable licensing.

02 Your content, your warranty

By submitting content (copy, photos, logos, customer data) for use on your site, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and that publishing it doesn't violate anyone else's rights. If a third party makes a claim, we'll cooperate with you and applicable law.

03 Resource use

Our hosting is sized for normal small-business traffic. If your site starts pulling sustained levels of bandwidth or compute that significantly exceed peer sites on the platform, we'll talk to you about an upgrade rather than throttle silently. Surprise viral hits are welcome — we'll work with you.

04 Enforcement

If we believe content violates this policy, we'll email you with the specifics and give you 7 days to either remove the content or explain why we've misread the situation. For active threats (live malware, phishing, court orders), we may suspend the affected page or site immediately and notify you in parallel. Repeated or willful violations may end with us terminating the agreement and exporting your files.

05 Reporting violations

See a RaizHost-hosted site doing something it shouldn't? Email abuse@raizhost.com with the URL and what you saw. We respond within 1 business day.
