01 Our Commitment

We build every website toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is a target we work toward in good faith on an ongoing basis — not a guarantee that any site meets every success criterion at every moment. Web accessibility is continuous work, and our aim is to dramatically reduce your risk by building things the right way from the start.

02 What We Do

As we build, we work to:

  • Use semantic HTML so the page structure makes sense to assistive technology
  • Support keyboard navigation with visible focus states
  • Check color contrast against WCAG 2.1 AA ratios
  • Write descriptive alt text for images that carry meaning
  • Respect reduced-motion settings for people who prefer less animation

03 Third-Party Content

Some features rely on tools we don't build ourselves, such as the Cal.com booking embed and our live chat widget. We don't control their internal code, so their accessibility can change without notice. If any third-party tool creates a barrier for you, let us know and we'll help find an accessible alternative.

04 Known Limitations & Ongoing Work

Accessibility is never finished. New content, browser updates, and assistive technologies all change what works. We test our sites as we build and fix issues as we find them. If you run into something that doesn't work the way it should, that report helps us — and every other visitor — so please send it our way.
