It is a limited program for 20 businesses total, released in small groups. Under this temporary offer, we waive the build fee completely and you pay $50/month once the site is live and you approve it. It is designed for a standard business website: up to five pages, one location or service area, one standard inquiry form. Larger or more complex projects are quoted through Professional or Signature instead. Applying does not reserve a position and does not create a payment obligation; we review each application for fit and confirm the scope in writing before any work starts.

There is no separate build fee, and there is no contract lock either. The build is not free, it is spread into the monthly instead. If you cancel before month 12 you buy the site out: the unpaid share of the $999 build, prorated by the months you have been with us. That is about $500 at month 6 and about $83 at month 11, and nothing from month 12 onward. You keep the site either way. Customers who join at the temporary $50/month rate keep it while their service stays continuously active and inside the original scope, even after the offer ends. Later customers pay the then-current published price. Existing agreements retain their agreed rates. If you cancel and come back later, it is at our current pricing.

Most sites are live in 5 to 7 business days once we have your content, approvals, and account access. The clock starts when your material is in hand, not at the handshake, and we will walk you through exactly what to gather so there are no delays. Larger or integration-heavy projects follow the timeline in your written quote.

You own your domain and your own content from day one, and if you ever leave we hand over your files. Ownership of the custom design and code follows your plan and your signed agreement: on Professional and Signature it passes when the build fee is paid; on Launch Partner it passes at month 12, or earlier if you pay the buyout when you cancel. There is no ransom and no runaround. The only exceptions are third-party pieces we cannot transfer, like stock-photo licenses or connected services, which stay under their own terms.

We build in the technical and on-page foundations a search engine needs to understand your site: proper page titles, meta descriptions, schema markup, and a sitemap. We also set up or clean up your Google Business Profile, which is one of the signals Google uses for local map results. What we cannot do is promise you a position or a date, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Ongoing content, review-building, and off-site SEO work are separate services unless your quote says otherwise.

Reliable, continuously monitored hosting, an SSL certificate, versioned backups of every change to your site, security updates, direct support, and included content changes: text, photos, prices, hours, and contact details. New pages, redesigns, integrations, and new features are quoted in writing before any work starts, so nothing is billed you did not agree to.

You can, but most business owners either never finish it or end up with something that does not represent their business well. We build fast, handle all the technical setup, and you end up with a real custom site rather than a template with your name on it. At $999, billed only once your site is live and you have approved it, it usually costs less than the weeks most owners sink into doing it themselves.

Not much. A logo if you have one, a few photos of your business or work, and a general idea of what pages you need. We ask a short set of questions during kickoff to get the rest. If you do not have photos yet, we can work with stock images or help you figure out what to shoot.

Yes. Content changes are included: changing hours, swapping photos, editing prices or menu items, updating contact details. Just send us the change. Small text fixes usually go live the same day and other updates within 2 business days. You do not need to log into anything or learn any software. New pages, redesigns, and new features sit outside that and are quoted first.

One standard contact or lead-capture form is included in every build. Beyond that, advanced booking systems, conditional quote tools, online ordering, payment flows, and custom third-party integrations are scoped and quoted separately. We can connect the scheduling platform you already use, whether that is Calendly, Square, Acuity, or Vagaro, and for restaurants we can link DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Toast ordering into the site. Full e-commerce with a product catalog and checkout is a Signature project.

Yes. We help you purchase and configure your domain and can set up professional business email addresses as well. Domain costs are separate and typically run $10 to $15 per year depending on the extension.

We take a look at what you have. Some sites are worth rebuilding from scratch; others just need a redesign or a fresh host. Either way we will not push you toward something you do not need. If you are switching from Wix, Squarespace, or GoDaddy, we handle the transition so there is no downtime.

Professional and Signature hosting is month to month after launch, so you can cancel whenever you want. Launch Partner has no contract lock either, but because the build fee was waived, cancelling inside the first 12 months means buying out the unpaid share of it, prorated. Every plan has the 30-day money-back guarantee after launch. Whatever you choose, we hand over your site files, and the exact rules are in your signed agreement.
