01Build fee
You pay nothing up front. The build fee ($999 for Professional builds, $2,500 and up for Signature builds) is billed only after your site is live on your domain and you've approved it. On the Launch Partner plan there is no separate build fee at all. If you're not happy after launch, email us within 30 days with the specific revisions you'd like. We'll take a fair shot at addressing them. If after that you'd still rather walk away, we refund everything you've paid under the agreement, the build fee and any hosting, and that's the 30-day money-back guarantee. Taking the guarantee ends the agreement and the remaining obligation with it: hosting stops and the site comes down, and ownership of the custom design transfers only on payment, so a refunded project is not also a free site. After 30 days post-launch the build fee is non-refundable, because at that point the site is yours and we've done the work.
