Plain rules for when money goes back into your account. No fine print, no traps.

If you're not happy with the finished site, email us within 14 days of project completion with the specific revisions you'd like. We'll take a fair shot at addressing them. If after that you'd still rather walk away, we refund the full $500 build fee. After 14 days post-launch, the build fee is non-refundable — at that point the site is yours and we've done the work.
Cancel any time. We prorate the unused days in the current month back to your card within 5 business days. There's no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment. After cancellation we leave the site live for a 60-day grace period in case you change your mind, then export your files and tear down the hosting.
Add-ons (e-commerce module, custom forms, blog/CMS, logo design, additional pages) are refundable for 7 days after delivery if they have not yet been integrated or published. Once shipped, add-ons are non-refundable, since the work product has been delivered.
Domain names registered on your behalf are billed at cost. Domains are non-refundable once registered, since registrars don't issue refunds. The domain remains yours regardless of your relationship with RaizHost.
Email hello@raizhost.com with the subject line "Refund request: [your business name]". Tell us what's not working — we want the feedback. We'll process eligible refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
