Launch Partner Program · 20 total positions

A professional business website, completely managed, for $99 a month.

RaizHost is taking on 20 businesses with no build fee at all. We design it, build it, host it, maintain it, and support it. Your first payment starts only after the site is live and you approve it.

  • $0 build fee
  • $99 a month
  • Cancel anytime
  • 30-day money-back guarantee

Qualification and a written scope are required. This program is built for standard business websites, not online stores, custom applications, or large content migrations. Applying does not reserve a position and creates no payment obligation.

Your website should work for the business, not become another job for the owner.

We handle the design, the development, the hosting, the security, the backups, the technical setup, and the routine upkeep. What you get is a clear, fast website that helps the people already looking for you understand what you do, trust you, and take the next step: call, book, request a quote, order, or drive over.

The plan

What is included

Everything below is part of the plan. Nothing here is an upsell waiting to happen.

  • Up to five standard pages, designed around one primary business, location, or service area
  • A custom design built for your brand, not a template with your name dropped into it
  • Responsive behavior across current phone, tablet, and desktop sizes
  • Technical and on-page SEO foundations: page titles, meta descriptions, schema, sitemap, and indexation controls
  • One standard contact or lead-capture form, wired to reach you
  • Google Maps, hours, service area, and contact details where they apply
  • SSL, hosting, uptime monitoring, versioned backups, and security maintenance
  • Structured revisions during your pre-launch approval window
  • Included content changes after launch: text, photos, prices, hours, and contact details, with small fixes usually the same day and other changes within two business days
  • Direct support from the person who built the site, during published business hours
Scope

It stays affordable by staying clear

This price works because the scope is defined. Here is exactly where the line sits.

A good fit

  • An operating business with a defined service or product
  • No website today, or one that is outdated or barely works
  • A standard informational or lead-generation site
  • One primary location or service area
  • Up to five standard pages
  • One standard way for a customer to get in touch
  • An owner who can supply accurate details and approved photos without a long delay
  • An owner or decision-maker who can review and approve the work

Better as Professional or Signature

  • An online store with a product catalog and checkout
  • Memberships, customer portals, dashboards, or custom applications
  • Complex quoting logic or conditional forms
  • Large content or blog migrations
  • More than five standard pages
  • Multiple locations that each need substantial unique content
  • Advanced third-party integrations
  • Full branding or logo development
  • Ongoing SEO campaigns, link building, or a recurring content program
  • Regulated-industry copy that needs specialist compliance review

If your project falls outside this scope, we will tell you why and quote the right plan before any work begins. We do not invent a price between plans and we do not quietly cut scope to make something fit.

Process

How it works

Seven steps, and you can stop at any of the first five without owing anything.

  1. Apply

Send your business details, your current site or social page, and what you want customers to do. It takes a few minutes and costs nothing.

  2. Fit review

We check the project against the program scope. If it is bigger than this plan, we say so and quote the right one instead of squeezing it in.

  3. Written scope

Pages, features, who supplies what, the price, the term, and the timeline are confirmed in writing before any work starts.

  4. Build

We design and build the site once we have your content and account access. Most sites are live in 5 to 7 business days from that point.

  5. Review

You see the finished site on a real URL and we work through revisions with you during the approval window.

  6. Approve and launch

We point your domain at it and it goes live. Your first $99 starts here, and not before.

  7. Managed from then on

Hosting, monitoring, backups, security maintenance, and your included content changes continue for as long as you stay.

Proof

See the work

Two different things, labeled as two different things.

Client work

Sites we were hired to build, live for the business that commissioned them. Showers Auto Detail in the High Desert is one, published with their permission.

Concept demonstrations

Independent concepts we built to show what we can do across service, automotive, beauty, restaurant, and local retail work. Every one is labeled as a concept, and none of them are claimed as customers.

Explore the concepts

20 positions. Then this rate closes.

The $99 rate is reserved for the first 20 accepted businesses, and it holds for as long as that service stays active and within the original scope. Once the positions are gone, new projects move to standard pricing. We release them in small groups so nobody waits behind a queue we cannot deliver.

We do not publish a live "spots left" counter and there is no countdown clock here. A number we cannot keep truthful between updates is just pressure, and you should not have to trust a number to trust the offer.

Apply

Apply for a Launch Partner website

Applications are reviewed for fit, not just for arrival order. Sending this does not reserve a position and does not create a payment obligation.

Application received

Thanks for applying. We will review your business and the project scope and get back to you within one business day. A position is not reserved until a project is accepted and onboarding is complete.

FAQ

Questions worth asking

Including the ones a business owner should ask about an offer like this.

Is the build really $0?

Yes, for an accepted project inside the program scope. There is no separate build fee, and your first $99 payment starts only after the website is live and you have approved it.

If the build is free, what stops someone leaving in month two?

The build is not free, it is spread into the monthly. There is no contract lock, but if you cancel before month 12 you buy the site out: the unpaid share of the $999 build, prorated by the months you have paid. That is about $500 at month 6 and about $83 at month 11, and nothing from month 12 onward. You keep the site either way.

Is every business accepted?

No. The program is limited to projects that fit a standard business website scope and that we can support well. Larger or more complex projects are quoted through Professional or Signature. We will tell you which one and why.

What happens if I am unhappy after launch?

You have a 30-day money-back guarantee from launch. Tell us what is wrong and we will take a fair shot at fixing it. If you would still rather walk away, we refund what you have paid, the agreement ends, and hosting stops. The exact rules are in the Refund Policy and in the agreement you sign.

Who owns the domain and the website?

You own your domain and the content you supply from day one, and your files are handed over if you ever leave. Ownership of the custom design passes to you at month 12, or earlier if you pay the buyout when you cancel. That is stated the same way in the Service Agreement you sign.

What do SEO foundations actually include?

The technical and on-page basics a search engine needs to understand your site: page structure, titles, meta descriptions, a sitemap, indexation controls, and appropriate structured data, plus Google Business Profile setup. Rankings are not guaranteed by us or by anyone honest, and ongoing content or authority-building work is a separate service unless your written scope includes it.

What changes are included each month?

Content changes: text, photos, prices, hours, and contact details. Small fixes usually go live the same day and other changes within two business days. New pages, redesigns, integrations, and new features are quoted in writing before any work starts.

Can I cancel?

Yes, there is no contract lock. Because the build fee was waived, cancelling before month 12 triggers the prorated buyout described above. After that, service is month to month. Professional and Signature have their own cancellation terms, which are simply month to month after launch.

What happens when all 20 positions are filled?

The program closes to new customers. Businesses already in it keep their rate while they stay continuously active and within the original scope. New projects use our Professional pricing, which is $999 plus $149 a month.

The exact refund, cancellation, ownership, and transfer rules are in ourTerms, our Refund Policy, and in the Service Agreement you sign before work begins. If anything on this page ever disagrees with that agreement, the agreement is what governs.
